Master Scottish fiddler Alasdair Fraser's dynamic fiddling, engaging stage presence, and deep understanding of Scotland's music have created a constant and international demand for his solo appearances and concerts with a variety of ensembles. Alasdair has been a major force behind the resurgence of traditional Scottish fiddling in his homeland and the U.S., inspiring legions of listeners and learners through his recordings, annual fiddle camps, and concerts.

In December Alasdair Fraser was inducted into the Scottish Traditional Music Hall of Fame. This honor is awarded to musicians who have altered the Scottish musical landscape for the better by their dedication and hard work and who have supported and influenced the development of Scottish traditional music during their lives. The Hall of Fame calls Alasdair “one of the greatest carriers of the Scottish fiddle music tradition, a fiddler whose warmly expressive playing, mastery of his instrument and deep understanding of his native music as a venerable and continually evolving art is an inspiration to generations of musicians on both sides of the Atlantic.”

California native, Natalie Haas is a graduate of the Juilliard School in New York City. In addition to having extensive classical music training, she is accomplished in a broad array of fiddle genres. Haas has also toured extensively with Mark O'Connor, with fiddler Natalie MacMaster, and is featured on the new recording by Irish super-group Solas.
